How to Clean Jewelry
Clean your jewelry by gently soaking in a mild dish soap and rinse thoroughly. We recommend Sunlight Liquid Dish Soap. Blot dry using a clean soft cloth. Make sure your jewelry is dry before storing.
How to Keep Jewelry Clean
Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, cleaning or handling any chemicals. Do not expose your jewelry to any ammonia based products.

Please allow 10 business days from the date of shipment for your package to arrive. If you do not receive your order after this time, contact your Representative as soon as possible. Your Representative is responsible for reporting missing and damaged items or a lost box to the Company within 15 days of shipment.
Please do not contact the carrier to report these issues. Because Esbe Designs is the shipper, the company must work directly with your Representative and the carrier when packages are damaged or not delivered.
Items in Your Shipment
After your order is delivered, please immediately inspect all items to confirm that the product received matches the product listed on your packing slip, and is free of damage or defect. It is extremely important to notify your Esbe design Representative of any issues within the following time frames from the date the product shipped or a return cannot be submitted to the Company:
– Damaged in Transit items: 15 days
– Missing items: 15 days
– Wrong item shipped: 5 days
– Wrong size ordered: 15 days
– Customer Refund: 15 days
– Exchanges: 30 days
We offer a 100% 15-day, money-back, satisfaction guarantee on retail purchases. To request a refund, you must contact your Representative within 15 days of the date your item shipped. 100% of the retail price plus tax will be refunded to you. Please note that Shipping and Handling is non-refundable for this type of return. To receive a full refund, the item must be returned in sellable condition in its original packaging along with proof of purchase. Please see the Refund & Exchange Exceptions below.
Defective Product Returns
Since only your Representative can service a return for you, you must contact her/him as soon as you discover that your item is defective. All items must be returned in original packaging along with proof of purchase.
There are no refunds on items reported as missing or damaged. Missing or damaged items will be replaced with the same item without exception
Note: Any items received at our Return Center without authorization may be delayed and may carry additional fees. You must contact your Representative to obtain a Return Authorization.
Limited One Year Warranty
The Company offers a Limited One Year Warranty against manufacturer’s defect.
Items will be replaced with same item, or if the item is not available, one of equal or greater value will be substituted.
